Odilo – Profile. Achor Godson Odinakachi is a man of many parts, who has worked hard on bringing to light, all the extraordinary talents he possesses. He is the first of four children and hails from Emohua L.G.A in Rivers State, Nigeria. He is a graduate of Microbiology from the University of Port Harcourt, where he started getting buzz for his distinct style of music.
Odilo as he is fondly called is the name he bears on stage. He is as versatile as they come, churning out his own unique sound with a blend of R&B and Afro Pop to make music that speaks to the soul of whoever listens to it. Earning the nickname ‘PH Mr. Melody’, he has three records which has been released to his name – ‘Brother Go Marry’, ‘Joy’, and ‘Damn’.
As a musician, he is an outstanding performer and is fast becoming a force to reckon with in the entertainment industry down south. His energetic style of performance has made inroads for him to grace many stages of repute which includes; L’Acude Noodle Night and The Creative Hub Open Mic.
When he is not in the process of creating musical pieces or perfecting his stage craft, he is surprisingly based on the reputation musicians have – a teacher.
Odilo aims to leave a legacy wherein his life and art would bring about unity of the human race, while influencing his society by carrying out socially impacting campaigns with charitable projects.
